About

PROVIDING Professional & Psychological Support

My name is Tina Whatley, and I am passionate about creating a safe and confidential environment where people can make sense of their lives, gain emotional stability, and discover a better way of being. I take an integrative counselling approach, using person-centred therapy, Psychodynamics, Transactional Analysis, and Attachment Theory to help clients understand their present circumstances and empower them with new ways of coping.

With a non-judgemental, empathetic, and intuitive approach, I create a trusting relationship to facilitate meaningful change.

I specialise in anxiety, depression, relationship issues and couples counselling, Neurodiversity and ADHD (including late life diagnosis), work related stress and low esteem and self worth.

I am a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), currently volunteering across three clinical placements.

    • Free 15-minute consultation available
    • Sessions: Individual therapy (adults only) £30 per hour
      Couples therapy £45 per hour

Helping You Navigate Life’s Challenges

I am dedicated to providing professional and compassionate mental health support. As an integrative counsellor, I adapt a person-centred approach, allowing clients the freedom to discuss what matters most to them. I incorporate Psychodynamics, Transactional Analysis, and Attachment Theory to explore life experiences, build self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies.

With a non-judgemental and empathetic approach, I create a safe, confidential space for clients to explore their emotions and make sense of their circumstances. My goal is to help individuals gain emotional stability, resilience, and personal growth.
