About
PROVIDING Professional & Psychological Support
My name is Tina Whatley MNCPS (Accr.) I am passionate about creating a safe and confidential environment where people can make sense of their lives, gain emotional stability, and discover a better way of being. With an integrative counselling approach, I use person-centred therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory to help clients understand their present circumstances and empower them with new ways of coping.
With a non-judgemental, empathetic, and intuitive approach, I create a trusting relationship to facilitate meaningful change.
I specialise in anxiety, depression, relationship issues and couples counselling, Neurodiversity (including late life diagnosis), work related stress and low esteem and self worth.
I am an Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling and Phsychotherapy Society (NCPS), I work with professionalism within their ethical guidelines.
- Sessions: Individual therapy £40 per hour
Couples therapy £50 per hour - Concessions; Children, Teens and Students £30 per hour
- In-person sessions in Boston, Lincolnshire / Online sessions UK-wide
