My name is Tina Whatley MBACP, and I specialise in online therapy & counselling in Boston, Lincolnshire, creating a safe and confidential space where people can make sense of their lives, gain emotional stability, and discover healthier ways of being.
Through integrative counselling, I use Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Theory to help clients understand their current challenges and develop practical coping strategies.
