I am a dedicated integrative counsellor, my practice is rooted in empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to personal growth.  With a person-centred approach,  I endeavour to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges, understand their experiences, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Using a blend of Psychodynamics, Transactional Analysis, and Attachment Theory, I help clients gain deeper self-awareness and overcome obstacles impacting their well-being. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationships, or self-esteem, I provide tailored support to meet your unique needs.

I offer online sessions across the UK and in-person sessions, located in Boston, ensuring accessible and flexible therapy options. Sessions are confidential, non-judgmental, and designed to foster emotional stability and self-worth.
 
As a registered student member of the BACP, I adhere to the highest ethical standards, with over 100+ hours of clinical placement experience and ongoing voluntary counselling work.

I offer in-person sessions in Boston – Main Ridge House 2/4/6 Main Ridge West, Boston PE21 6QH
 
Individual client sessions are £30 per hour (adults only). I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re the right fit for each other.

£45 per hour for couples therapy

Yes! I provide online sessions across the UK, giving you flexibility and convenience.

 

I offer in-person sessions in Boston town centre Monday to Friday and on Sunday.

Individual client sessions are £30 per hour (adults only).  Couples client sessions are £45 per hour.  I also offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we’re the right fit for each other. 

Yes, I support clients with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work related stress, neurodiversity, self esteem and more.  I am also trained in Couples therapy.
