My name is Tina Whatley, and I specialise in supporting people with anxiety and depression through therapy in Boston, Lincolnshire, offering a safe and confidential environment to explore difficult emotions, regain balance, and build resilience.
Using an integrative counselling approach, I combine Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamics, Transactional Analysis, and Attachment Theory to help you understand what’s contributing to your anxiety or depression and create new ways to manage and move forward.
Whether you’re experiencing ongoing anxiety, low mood, or feeling overwhelmed by life, I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space—both in-person and through secure online therapy—to support meaningful, lasting change.
