Professional Support for Relationships & Families

I’m Tina Whatley MBCAP, and I provide relationship counselling and family therapy in Boston, Lincolnshire for those who are struggling with communication issues, conflict, betrayal, or family tensions. Whether you’re dealing with breakdowns in trust, ongoing disagreements, or simply feeling disconnected, I create a compassionate space to explore your feelings and work towards solutions.

My integrative counselling style draws from Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Theory—allowing us to uncover patterns in your relationships and develop healthier ways of interacting.

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing:

  • Affairs and Betrayals
  • Separation and Divorce
  • Parenting Difficulties
  • Communication Problems
  • Family Conflicts
  • Emotional Distance in Relationships

You can access support through in-person sessions in Boston, Lincolnshire, or via online therapy, making it easy to get help wherever you are in the UK.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work with professionalism within their ethical framework.
